Windows 10: Programs not starting properly on fresh Windows install

I'm moving to an NVMe drive for my desktop PC. I've installed a clean, new product key, copy of Windows 10 on the drive, and can boot into windows and run some programs.However, I'm having trouble running some basic programs. For instance I can install the desktop Facebook Messenger app from the windows store or the downloadable .exe but it will not run properly, all that comes up is the splash screen.I also can't seem to run Logitec G-Hub after download and install. Again, it just shows the splash screen and progresses no further.I've tried:Installing via "Run as administrator"running the pro

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

AMD processor has stopped working properly

1. Go to www.amd.com and download the most current drivers for your card and operating system.

2. In Windows 7 go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. In Windows XP go to Start > Control Panel > Add and remove programs

3. Look for AMD Catalyst Install Manager in the list of installed programs. Right click on it and select "Change".

3A. If you don't find the AMD Catalyst Install Manager then most likely you're using the default Windows drivers which are severely outdated. If that's the case skip to step 5.

4. Select the third option "Uninstall all the AMD software". Follow the instructions. Restart your PC.

5. Go to your downloads folder and run the driver installer you downloaded in step 1. Select express installation and follow the instructions. Restart your PC after installing.

Okay so i did all that and it STILL happens. :/
