Windows 10: Programs Start Crashing at 60-70% RAM Usage

So I recently set up a PC purely intended for remote user usage. I have about 60 users on there. The machine is the following setup:Windows 10 Proi9-12900K128GB RAM500GB SSD No Graphics Card.Whenever the ram usage reaches about 75-85GB, Chromes start crashing, logins are nearly impossible, as users always get errors, black screens followed by disconnections and it's really impossible for all 60 users to work at the same time.So, my question is, How come I cant even reach 100GB of ram used.All sticks are brand new, tested and in perfect condition, so I am guessing its something on my side, like

Programs Crashing at 60% RAM Usage

My programs have been crashing if total RAM usage exceeds ~60%.

I had 8GB(2x4GB) RAM and took 1 stick out as an attempt to conserve on power consumption slightly. I don't exceed 3GB usage, so I didn't see this to be an issue.

My Graphics card is a built-in AMD unit which causes a system-reserved allotment(~800MB) of RAM which leaves me with 3.19GB usable of the 4GB. Still don't see this as an issue.

Any time that my overall RAM usage exceeds ~2.2GB/3.19GB, programs crash on me. I did not see this happening when I had the full 8GB, however I also didn't exceed 3GB unless I forced the consumption to go higher via running extra programs without purpose,
in which case I didn't exceed 4.6GB.

From what I can tell, this is only affecting programs that are using hardware acceleration, such as Google Chrome, OpenGL Games, DirectX Games, Video Players (such as VLC), etc.

My System: HP Pavilion 15 (E200CA)

CPU: AMD A6-5350M APU @2.9GHz (AMD Turbo Core has it overclocked to ~3.5GHz - unable to disable this as the bios does not have the option and AOD only disables for single boot, also, AOD is now discontinued)

RAM: 4GB DDR3-L (-826MB Hardware Reserved)

Note:

I upgraded the system from windows 8.1 to 10 and didn't see this issue in either installation, I increased the memory in the system with the second stick due to inefficiency in running windows 10 and still didn't see this issue. Windows 10 Efficiency remained
bad, so switched back to 8.1 and returned to the single stick of RAM.

Note:

There are no error reports, except in programs that host multiple executables and manually report an issue if one of the processes is terminated.

 

HIgh Usage Ram Windows 11

i just update to windows 11, after 1 week, ram usage still in 60-70%

 

High idle ram usage 8gb using 60%

"ram usage at idle is 60%"

- Not a fix for your unknown RAM use (Greg's suggestions should help with that), and this only adds up to a bit under 1GB use but...

A system is not at idle with around eight Chrome browser Windows and tabs open.

Discord, and two active searches. Not to mention a system hogging 'Anti-malware' program.

Desktop Window Manager is using more than usual as well.

- It looks like you have a bit of DELL bloatware running too.

- What is the RAM use straight after re-booting Windows ?
