Windows 10: Programs won't work after transferring data to new PC over oneDrive

Hello,I recently got a new laptop and transferred my data and files over using the windows backup app. Everything went smoothly and it looks like my files are transferred over, but programs like chrome, spotify and microsoft oneDrive do not work even though they reappeared on my new desktop. They have the filled in checkmark symbol beside them, but their icons are a piece of paper. When i click them it says "The specified path does not exist. Check path and then try again."

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer

programs and files missing after data transfer to new computer. not listed in apps nor thru search. Have used win defender. Is the program somewhere?

 

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
