Windows 10: Progress wiped upon restart nothing saves after restart and progress is reverted back to...

when I download like an file or an app then restart it it completely wipes the file or app from my folder and even the apps I delete are back in the same spot, then every restart has the same pop-up saying: Windows has recovered from an unexpected error: Blue screen, then when trying to install windows 10 ISO file it says its unable to run this tool on your PC, and when i try looking for updates it says windows could not search for new updates with the code 80072efe, what should I do

I understand that sometimes progress on games you have downloaded is not always saved. You could try reinstalling the games on your phone:

Minesweeper Adventure does not save progress!

Hi, I've realised that the only thing that that doesn't work is saving my progress in Adventure mode. It saves my progress in daily challenges, so it is a software problem. I've tried MS Jigsaw (Which has the same login as Minesweeper) and that saves
progress as well. MS Treasure Hunt is exactly the same as MS Minesweeper. And I am always logged on.

 

Windows 10 download progress - not progressing!

Hi - i tried to upgrade to windows 10, the Get Windows 10 app is showing download in progress but in the view download progress bit it shows I need to restart my pc. I've done this about five times now and nothing is happening. My pc has been like this
for about 8 hours. How can I progress the upgrade? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
