Windows 10: Proxy is switched on automatically?

For some time now, a proxy has been switched on continuously. This one interferes with my Uplay, which can not establish a connection anymore.

How can I disable the proxy to be turned on all the time?

Windows 10 switches to proxy

I have a Windows 10 Pro upgraded from a Win7Pro. Every morning after opening Outlook it switched to proxy and I have to switch it off. I have followed all the suggestions on how to fix it:

Click Start

Click on Settings

Goto Network & Internet

Click on Proxy

Turn on Automatically detect settings

Turn off Use a proxy server

1. But I still have to do the same every morning.
   

I tried doing it in the registry editor, but the ProxySettingPerUser was not there.

What else is there to do?

I understand that you are unable to access internet through applications and Microsoft Store, I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps:

Turn off Use a proxy server.

To do that,

1. Type ‘Change proxy settings’ in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Under ‘Use a proxy server’, toggle the switch ‘Off’.
   

Also refer the following steps posted by
Suel_440 on August 2, 2015 and check if that helps.

Proxy Server?

When I was in high school, I used this website. It is a website that lists working proxies, updated daily. If you choose the right ones, you can actually successfully watch youtube videos through the proxy!
