Windows 10: Proxy Server

I have Internet access but on a lot of sites it says that I can't get on the site because of the Proxy Server. This is only happening on one Computer and my other 3 have no problems but they don't have windows 10?

Is there a way to save the proxy to favorites in Microsoft Edge?

Please be informed that, proxy script won't be supported by Microsoft Edge. An edge proxy server is a proxy server that is positioned on the edge of an intranet and connects to an origin server through the Internet. An edge proxy server is not bound
to any other proxy server. It must therefore attempt to resolve a request for content by streaming the content from a local cache, proxying from the origin server, or redirecting the client. It cannot submit the request directly to another proxy server.

For window store(error)

Go to settings--->Network & Internet--->Proxy--->Turn off automatically detect setting in automatic proxy server and also turn off use a proxy server in manual proxy server.
