Windows 10: Proxy settings not showing in Network and Internet settings windows 10

In Windows 10 22h2, pro, build 19044.4291. I have 2 devices that have mysteriously lost the Proxy settings option in Network and Internet settings. See the screenshot below.I need those users to be able to switch 'automatically detect settings' on or off when they are working in specific VPNs.Screenshot from my device running w11I am NOT interested in adjusting the proxy settings on Edge, Chrome, Firefox or any other browser,The devices are updated, and all Dell firmware patches are installed.I have tried running the troubleshooter, TBH in 30 years of using Microsoft products the only thing

Hi - Just so you know, I'm marking this "problem solved". I found this online How to Solve the Windows Could Not Automatically Detect Network Proxy Settings Error. Doing the last step under #2 is what solved the problem. McAvee is still scanning incoming. McAvee & Malwarebytes still show no problems with a full scan. Thanks for your help and suggestions.

To set up a proxy server in Windows 10, you may follow the following steps.

• Press the Windows key and I to open
  Settings.
• Click on Network & Internet.
• Under Proxy you can either Automatically set up a proxy or
  Manual set up a proxy server.

Windows could not automatically detect this network’s proxy settings

Windows 10 Version 1903
I've only had this desktop a month. Suddenly I couldn't connect to the Internet. I powercycled the network box router & got my Ethernet connection back. Internet functioning SEEMS to be normal, but I still get "Windows could not automatically detect this network’s proxy settings” when I run the Network & Internet Settings troubleshooter. Then I tried the Network Adapter troubleshooter for Ethernet & it said "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem". This is a home computer. My proxy settings are attached.

Is there a set of steps to resolve this problem? Thanks very much.
