Windows 10: Prt SC button trouble

My prt sc button used to work on my asus 2 in 1 laptop and out of nowhere it just stopped, and now it doesn't work at all.

Can someone please tell me why and how can i fix it?

Prt Sc key isn't working, please answer these questions so we can isolate the cause:

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Does it happen to a specific application or to all applications?

In the meantime, you may definitely use the Snipping Tool to take a screenshot because it can also capture all of your screen or specific parts of it. Be sure to click this

Prt Sc button

When I use the "Prt Sc" button it sends it to One Drive. What program am I sup to use to open the document so I can send it to the printer just like it looks on the screen and It not go as a picture and part of it end get cut off???? This is so frustrating!!
Why can it not just go to the printer when I hit the key? Can I change a setting?
