Windows 10: PrtSc autosave to specified folder not working

How do I get my PrtSc key to work on it’s on once again?My PrtSc key used to work alone as in I did not need to press any other key combination of keys e.g. win +prtsc. Pressing just the PrtSc key, all screenshots saved automatically to a designated Box folder. This has been the case for the past few years until yesterday.As I took a screenshot yesterday, a OneDrive dialog box popped up. I deactivated to autosave to Onedrive BUT since doing that, the PrtSc autosave to folder no longer works. I have to either go into Paint or doc to paste. ALL of the information

Need Serious Help: How To Record Video of What is Done on my PC?

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

 

How do I get my PrtSc key to save screenshots directly into Dropbox? It used to work.

I want the one-key PrtSc button to save my entire screen into a specified folder. This used to work, until I reinstalled W10.

I have a new computer. dell 5401. and PrtSC not work.

it is working on old compter.

i try win+PrtSc , is working.

i try Laptop Keyboard Tester, and prtSc is working

i use a tool named mjciaatyf, show all hotkey on my pc.

no program use snapshot. Explorer use snatshot on my old pc.

my windows version: windows10 LTSC 1809,( 17763.1432)

please help me .
