Windows 10: PrtSc is opening up snipping tool even though the shortcut is disabled. Win10

I use ShareX as my screenshot program of choice, but earlier today, my PrtSc key has been opening up the Snipping Tool despite me never changing the setting to enable that shortcut. I have no clue what to do to fix this, but it's getting on my nerves
