    PrtScr Issue


    The PrtScr which was working till some time is not working now. By pressing single PrtScr key the screenshot was getting captured and was automatically getting saved in OneDrive. However, probably after updating Windows that is not working. But, Windows Key+PrtScr key is working and taking the screenshot and saving in the Pictures>Screenshot folder. My need is to capture screenshot by pressing one key (PrtScr) only.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    Alt+PrtScr is not working.

    Hi Jerin P George i would suggest you first make sure that your Alt and PrtScr key working to check click Kerboard
    tester    .

    IF it won't, try Win + PrtScr Button for screenshot the snap will automatically saved in screenshot folder.

    location is C:\Users\Prajapati\Pictures\Screenshots if you wanted to change default location click on below link

    To add on, I would suggest you to try the snipping tool in Windows. It can help you take the screen shots easily.

    Alt+PrtScr is not working.

    Hi Deepak,

    Thanks for your reply. I've tested my keyboard and its working fine. I can capture the entire screen with PrtScr key. But, Alt+PrtScr function is not working.
