Windows 10: ps3 controller gets to 10000 ms latency on pc

i am using DsHidMini and BthPS3about ps3 controller ; usb works fine speaking about bluetooth it connects automatically and works fine but it gets stuck at some point for 3-5 seconds , it says "over 10000 milliseconds latency" meanwhile, i can't even close the controller ,and then it works fine for some time and gets stuck again for 3-5 seconds again .

i am trying to connect both ps3 and ps4 controllers on PC windows 11

about ps4 controller problem :

before doing anything , my ps4 controller was working perfectly with or without ds4windows

but after installing DsHidMini and BthPS3 , my controller can't connect automatically to bluetooth ( i am not sure why )

about ps3 controller ;

( usb ) works fine

PS3 controller

I tried connecting my PS3 controller to my pc using motioninjoy and better DS3 tool but I am not able to make my controller work although I could see it listed in 'devices and printers'.I would be very grateful if someone helps me figure this out.Thanks
