Windows 10: PS4 Controller only registering as audio device

I have reset the controller with the pin hole button on the back, I have gone into audio settings and disabled the speaker and mic though it seems to enable itself every time I reconnect the controller I swear I've done everything. Everyone says in control panel there should be a "wireless controller" with a speaker icon but mine has a controller icon and still is not working. I'm very confused on why I can't get this to work.

Hello.

My PS4 controller is being identified as an audio device. I have disabled it, but it still does not work(Steam does not recognize it as a ps4 controller). And everytime I reconnect it, it goes back to being identified as an audio device(even tho I disabled
it and later uninstalled it)
