    i recently bought a 5.3 bluetooth dongle, it works perfectly with my wireles earphones, but when i try to pair my ps4 controller it just shows on the searching list as "input" i click it and it tries to connect to eventually fail everytime, with an older dongle wich i dont exactly know what ver of bluetooth is but i think should be old cuz it was given to me so i dont know its specs at all, but with the old one ps4 controller works fine well i get random disconnects, its a cheap dongle its obvious by just looking at it but earphones work very bad with it, and earphones are actually good ear

    The issue may occur due to configuration setting. In order for us to assist you, please answer the questions below:

    • Were there any changes prior to the issue?
    • Have you tried contacting the manufacturer if there was a built in Bluetooth controller to connect your device?

    Can't link PS4 bluetooth controller

    I found pairing a PS4 controller hit & miss & I have a laptop with Bluetooth.
    I had to use a cable to connect then once done put the DS4 in pairing mode & then Bluetooth saw it (while connected via cable).
    I also use DS for Windows.

    Bluetooth speaker wont connect to laptop?


    I'm having some trouble figuring out what to do here, my Bluetooth speaker wont connect and isn't even discoverable by my laptop. i want to connect my Bluetooth speaker to my laptop but when i go to Bluetooth settings my speaker does not show up on the list of devices. I have un-installed and re-installed the drivers, i've reset the Bluetooth driver management service and Bluetooth support services but still nothing is working, any help would be much appreciated.

    just in case you need to know the specs.
    speaker: Bush soundbar model-BSB02BT20
    laptop: Hp Elitebook 8470p running windows 10

    please help!
