Windows 10: ps4 controller

Hello.My PS4 controller is being identified as an audio device. I have disabled it, but it still does not workSteam does not recognize it as a ps4 controller. And everytime I reconnect it, it goes back to being identified as an audio deviceeven tho I disabled it and later uninstalled it

DS4 program doesn't recognize my already connected PS4 controller

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the make and model number of your PC?
  
• What is the model number of your PS4 controller?
  
• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• Have you tried connecting via Bluetooth?
  
• From where did you install FIFA 2022?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to reinstall DS4 program and check if the issue persists:
