Windows 10: PSOD

I was running a game and suddenly I get a PSOD Pink Screen of Death and the QR Code was yellow? BSOD with restart about every 12 hours

I had the "PSOD" (Pink Screen Of Death) too which was not in full screen and I still could see the desktop as a small border. And it just stuck there and had to do a hard restart. The problem is no minidump.

the PC was tied up for the last few days due to a critical project (including some additional PSODs.

I am working through your response just now and see if I can get to the ground of this.

GTX 580 or Wait for the coming Next Gen GPU

My GTX 280 is dying and I had to underclocked it from its default clock 670/1458/1250 to 602/1310/1107. I can no longer play a decent game on it because of the artifacting; Pink Screen of Death (PSOD) on high caliber 3d games, random crashing. Though, I can still watch hd movies and play BioShock 2.
