Windows 10: PUADlManager:Win32/InstallCore

Discus and support PUADlManager:Win32/InstallCore in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; i have scanned my device 2 times, and it said "No new threats"but when i click the little shield near where it says the time in the taskbar, it says...     i have scanned my device 2 times, and it said "No new threats"but when i click the little shield near where it says the time in the taskbar, it says "Potentially unwated app found."and the quarantine and remove actions do not work.what to do?edit: i scanned my device again, and it found threats.the "Start Action" button does not work.

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

    Stubborn PUA:Win32/InstallCore

    Over three years of PC use and my first stubborn virus. Luckily this is on my disposable TV PC which I use to stream stuff... which is probably how I got this virus. Still I'm having no luck getting rid of this.

    I get this --

    Remove and Quarantine do nothing. Offline scanning via Microsoft tool doesn't fix it. Defender is up to date. Malwarebytes doesn't see it. Am I manually supposed to go to those locations in affected items and remove them. I don't see them, asked to see hidden files, still didn't seem them.
