Windows 10: PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore file/virus is preventing me from accessing the desktop.

PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore file/virus is preventing me from accessing my desktop. As well as, not allowing me to use safe mode or read a USB Key. I'm also in a loop with "Preparing Automatic Repair". After a few minutes the screen goes black. If I do nothing but wait, the computer eventually goes into sleep mode. I can access my mobo bios to change hard drive boot order and other basic things but that's about it. So, I got a Windows 10 ISO on a USB. I changed the order in the bios to read it first to no avail. My boot drive is C. When I was able to access the desktop I saw that the virus wa

Salve, windows defender continua a rilevare Puadi Manager win32/offercore ho seguito la procedurapzioni di esplora file visualizza file nascosti poi percorso C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service ma quando clicco sulla cartella Scans mi dice che non ho autorizzazioni per aprirla. seguo le indicazioni per aprire ma mi apre una finestra (scheda di sicurezza) dove mi chiede di cambiare quello che mi interessa, ma non so dove mettere le mani. Grazie

 

Preventing access to modern app

Ive been tasked with preventing the children from accessing instagram. I've got it listed in my windows hosts file and internet options/security/restricted site but the windows 10 app is still allowing access. Any suggestions other then deleting app which can just be reinstalled?

 

Win32/Agent.ODG virus, please help!

My pc has become infected with the Win32/Agent.ODG trojan and my nod32 cant get rid of it, it tells me its unable to clean the file and the virus itself is becoming a real nuisance.
