PUBG:Battlegrounds is nonstop giving me BSOD

Hey, I’m having issue with PUBG, whenever I play, I get BSOD after like 5-10 minutes of being deployed into match, I can’t even finish a single match. A while ago I changed my GPU from rtx 2070 super to intel arc a770, did clean install using ddu and added 2 sticks of ram a year ago or so. I think it must be something with PUBG anyway because any other games are running smoothly without problems. Most of the time the stopcodes of bsod are: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALIRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALThis stopcode comes with “What failed: ntoskrnl.exe”Hopefully someone here will know what to do with this.

    :)

  2. PUBG Battlegrounds not working due to Windows 11 Home Build Dev Patch.

Hi. This is the second time now I have not been able to play PUBG Battlegrounds due to a recent Windows Update.

I first experienced this problem when the Windows 11 update first arrived as I was on the Windows 10 home build, but when the Windows 11 preview started to rollout I wanted to be apart of the new experience and user interface. so I updated my PC and PUBG Battlegrounds being the only game in my steam collection decided not to work and I realised after searching online looking up answers and fixes it was because of the update, so I had to convert back to the windows 10 home build because I don't have the money to upgrade to the Pro version as it is too expensive. but my PC kept popping up this auto notification wanting me to update my PC to windows 11 home build and it wouldn't stop automatically restarting my pc installing the update till it was fine and I was on the windows 11 preview but every time that happened my PUBG Battlegrounds would not work, not until the full version of Windows was finally released.

Now, after being on the Windows 11 Home build, and I am on the Windows Insider Dev Channel, as I thought it would be a good idea to get the latest and best available updates so everything would be working fine, this is not the case at all. and I can no switch to another sector like Canary channel or Beta channel or the preview channel as they are all greyed out and I am stuck with the Dev channel.

and I don't wish to have to do a full clean reinstall of Windows all over again. I shouldn't have to do that at all!! and I would loose all my files and downloads if I did!!

but once again, there's been a few recent updates and I am now experiencing the same issue once again like I did a few years ago. Apex Legends works fine, Rogue Company works fine, Fortnite works fine.

but a few months ago, I was able to play as well as even stream PUBG Battlegrounds but all of a sudden when I click play even after a fresh install, hell I even installed PUBG Battlegrounds TWICE to see if there might of been an issue as I am able to install the game for free on both the Steam and Epic Store Launchers. I did my research online and did the whole, going into properties and disabled the full screen thing, ticking the administrator box, doing what was advised looking for all these fix solutions and answers.

and I've come to release, it's not my hardware, it's not PUBG or my external hard drive, nor is any corrupted files. It's the dang Windows update!!

And I don't even know why this time round, as there is nothing even mentioned at all regarding a possible NEW Windows 12 update and or layout or user interface build whatever ect...

but for the second time now, I am unable to play my game and enjoy myself, when others are able to do so. When I click play, my mouse icon turns into a blue round loading icon, but then my pc instantly freezes and I am greeted with a Green screen saying I ran into a ''Windows Insider Build Problem'' and says its collecting some error info and will restart my PC, with some QR code saying for more info go to www.windows.com/stopcode saying what failed: navagio.sys

I have no idea what the hell to do now, So I have no alternative, but to come here seeking help and or advice and maybe some guidance, wondering and hoping, when will this issue finally get resolved so I can finally just play my game once and for all without anyone issues.

I am really stuck with what to do. I think all I can do is wait for another Windows 11 home Build Dev Patch that gets issued out, that might hopefully resolve and get rid of this annoying ''Navagia.sys'' whatever even that is!?

I apologies to sound like I am complaining but I am really annoyed this is is the second time this issue has occurred. I don't wish to do any full clean installations. I don't wish to do anything winrar, I just want this problem sorted and fixed.

I really hope someone, preferably from Windows themselves can help me out with this. I just want to play my game again and have done with. Please help.

Get a BSOD when I tried to launch PubG

It's okay to play PubG without a problem, but last week, when I tried to launch PubG, my laptop got BSOD. It's totally out of sudden, because I didn't update Windows or other drives. So, I contact Dell support, they were troubleshooting like updating BIOS, and drives, uninstalling PubG, and stuff. It turned out not working.

I think it has something to do with BEDaisy.sys, because before the BSOD, I saw a window pop up that said "A driver cannot load on this device", and the blue screen error code is KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.

I have tried many methods like the online community suggested, but it all didn't work, could anyone help me with it?

There is an optional update: 2023-04 cumulative update preview for windows 11 version 22H2 for x64 based system (KB5025305), Will I update this and solve the problem?
