Windows 10: public key from Symantec to install on the ODB

We are implementing Epic and using Symantec for our EPCS function. To set it up in Epic, Epic is requesting a Public key from Symantec. How to I obtain a public key?

Map ODB to existing user folders

ODB sets up its own folder under User. In my ODB I have set up the folder names for the usual folders that are under the User - Documents, Download, Pictures, etc. That's where I keep my data, mirrored in the cloud. It means the usual folders under User
are empty.

It looks redundant in File Explorer. Is there a way for ODB Documents to equal User Documents, etc?

Auto download for Symantec

I get an automatic message to install Symantec Norton software every time I log into my PC. I tried to delete the Symantec Download Manager software, but am getting a message only the administrator can do this. This problem (the Symantec download) just
started a couple weeks ago. Any suggestions?

One solution is that you point the original folders to the corresponding folders in your ODB.

For example, if you go to your User folder, and find Downloads, you can right click it, select Property, and on the top click on Location tab. Here, you can change the Download folder of your user to the corresponding folder in your ODB. After you have done
this, you will notice that the ODB Downloads folder have changed the icon, and that the original Download is now pointing towards the one in ODB.

Now you can safely delete the original Download folder.
