Windows 10: Punisher Cant't open software

Hello friends. I just bought for few days a software and I am facing some hard problems. Firstly I had windows 11 and the owner of the software told me that I need windows 10 to run it. I installed W10 then but I am facing the same errors and can't sleep for some hours because of this. Please help me to resolve it guys because I am so desperate for some days because I can t figure a solution. I will attach some photos and also a photo with compatibility mode cause i also tried. Problem in opening files through other softwares

If the issue is with an app which is installed from Store, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the app and check if that helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the app in which you are facing the issue and click
  Uninstall.
• Open the Windows Store.
• Search for the app and click on Install.
  
• Check if issue persists.

If the issue is with a software installed, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the program and check if that helps. Follow the steps below:

• Click on Programs and Features.
• Right click on the software in which you are facing the issue from the list and click on Uninstall.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.
• Now reinstall the program and check.

Can I customize the list of suggest apps in the "Open with" menu?

You can't use it to add additional programs, only to set default programs.

Interestingly for me it shows nothing for text files:








Then if I want to add a portable app like Jarte Plus to open with context menu windows doesn't like it.





It's not present and is near impossible to add even via "look for an app on this PC"
