Windows 10: PUR-UnknownInternalFailure when trying to add money

Since 1yr now trying to add money to my kids to get minecoins, but I keep gettingPUR-UnknownInternalFailureggcw5YsygNhkiTqQ09Pig4.15in the Microsoft Family Safety.I once called support, the person told me that both visa and master were having problems with Microsoft !!?? so I should try again in a couple of days. I've been trying from time to time now, always same result.Credit cards are fine, so it has to be smthg else.

PUR-UnknownInternalFailure when trying to switch off S mode

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 Home in S mode. I'm trying to switch off S mode in order to get google chrome and run adobe programs. However, everytime I press the "Get" button, "PUR-UnknownInternalFailure" message shows up. I tried running the wsreset command, signing in and out of the store, reseting the store via apps in settings, etc. Please help.
