Windows 10: PUR-UnknownInternalFailure when trying to switch off S mode

Discus and support PUR-UnknownInternalFailure when trying to switch off S mode in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 Home in S mode.     PUR-UnknownInternalFailure when trying to switch off S mode


    I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 Home in S mode. I'm trying to switch off S mode in order to get google chrome and run adobe programs. However, everytime I press the "Get" button, "PUR-UnknownInternalFailure" message shows up. I tried running the wsreset command, signing in and out of the store, reseting the store via apps in settings, etc. Please help.

    A corrupted Store app is one of the possible causes why you're getting the error code:
    PUR-UnknownInternalFailure uHLxTU9w4U24Idmy.5.44.21. To isolate your concern, kindly answer the following:

    • Does the issue happen with Minecraft education only?
    • Have you tried to download or purchase a different app to see if the issue persists?
    • Can you check the other user account to see if you're able to purchase Minecraft education?
    Meanwhile, let's try to reset the Microsoft Store. Open Settings> Apps> Store> Advanced options> Reset> Restart your computer.

    Note: It will delete the app's data.

    Goodevening , i have tried the options that you sad , but the only thing i am not going to try to buy the game on a different account , because i already bought it but the only thing is if i press subscribe by the xbox game pass is says :

    Cannot Switch out of S Mode PUR-StorageServiceUnavailable

    New laptop, ASUS vivobook.

    I cannot get it to switch out of S mode in Windows 10 Home.

    I get the following error when clicking the "get" link on the app store:

    "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. PUR-StorageServiceUnavailable/1WXUFnD50Cfva2z.31"
