Windows 10: Purchase of $80 app made through Microsoft store disappeared

Dear support, I purchased the app StaffPad from Microsoft Store in 2015 as is visible in my purchase history purchase 567172088485230107. However, now it is not in my apps anymore and when I try to open it I would have to buy it again which is not acceptable. Please assist me in restoring this app so I can use it again. The app in question is "StaffPad". Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

Hello guys, My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro. Here is the situation:

• Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
• Already connected to stable internet

What I tried so far: Entering the Win10 Pro generic key: Received error 0x800700005:

Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:

Clicking Troubleshoot re-activated my Win10 Home so still not on Pro. Thanks for any help. [FIXED] Win 10 Pro suddenly became Win 10 Ent from MS Store app: Jump to solution - Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase Sources:

  Have you added any alias to your Microsoft Account, from which you have purchased the apps?

  Are you able to view your purchased app other all the Microsoft account, from which you are logging in to your computer?
  

I would suggest you the run Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.
