Windows 10: Purchase was confirmed but the app still isn't purchased

So, I purchased Minecraft from the store in my web browser. I received confirmation mail and it shows in my order history. When I want to install the game the store doesn't see any of my devices even tho they are added in my account and even in the store. Then I opened MIcrosoft Store app in my PC and the game appears as not purchased.

2. Have you received the confirmation Email or the notification, after the purchase of the app?
   

I suggest you to login to Login.live.com, with the same Email address which you have used to purchase the app, then click on
Services & subscriptions options. There you will be able to see all the services name which you have purchased from the Microsoft store.

To add a device on your laptop, refer this article on

Add a trusted device to your Microsoft account, and check if that helps.

Are you trying to purchase the app from Windows Store?



Try the below methods and check:

Method 1: I would suggest you to run the inbuilt app troubleshooter.

Follow the steps:

• 
  Press “Windows” + “X” and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting and select View all on left hand side of the screen.
  
• 
  Select the App and follow the instruction to troubleshoot.
  

Method 2: I suggest you to follow the steps below to reset the Windows store:

• 
  Press the “Win Logo” + “R”
  
• 
  Type: WSReset.exe and press “Enter”.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.

remove purchased apps

I have to say this is a much needed feature. To date I have 3 apps that show in my purchased list with no icon that I cannot install anymore.
One of these apps is Microsoft's own MyPhone app! There needs to be a way to remove these apps even if it means agreeing to multiple screens to confirm we want to delete a purchased app from our history.
