    Purchased annual subscription using wrong email that does not have a live account.


    I purchased an annual subscription to MS Solitaire using the wrong email account (not even sure really HOW that happened but it did). Is there any way of getting it applied to my actual account since I don't have one with the current email on file? Wish there was codes to put in to activate like the gift card activation, would be much easier to apply to accounts. Bought it from a yahoo account, need it applied to my live (Windows) account. TIA for any help anyone can give me.

    Unable to Cancel Windows Phone ISV Annual Subscription

    I am not given the option to cancel my Windows Phone ISV Annual Subscription. I followed the directions listed in the email, but I am only given the option to change payment. How do I cancel the subscription?

    Please advise.

    Unauthorized Emails from my account?

    It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

    Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.
