    My question in general is, what rights do you have when a purchased app changes to a subscription model in the Microsoft Store. Functions that were previously available in the app are now only available in the subscription. Can I download the old version again, for example?Or is there only a certain period of time during which you are entitled to it?Unfortunately, I can't find anything about whether the Microsoft Store has something like user rights.My current problem is that Drawboard PDF has practically all the functions I used I think it is also the main function of this app, see the adver

    Issues with purchase drawboard PDF

    I recently downloaded drawboard PDF app (trial) from microsoft store. After the trial period end, I decide to make a purchase of this software.

    But now when I visited the Microsoft store, there is not an option to purchase. When I search for drawboardPDF on Microsoft store, it only shows that this software is installed. (the $9.99 icon no longer exist)

    This is my first time visiting this forum. I tried to search the solution to this and found the discussion about WSReset.exe. I tried to do that but it still didn't work.

    I also tried to uninstall the program, but Drawboard program is not even listed on Control Panel/Programs and Feature.

    Please advice what to do. Thank you.

    Drawboard PDF

    While opening a new PDF file I used "open with" and saw "Drawboard PDF" as an option. I'm pretty sure I've never seen that app before so I assume it came with the Creator's Update.

    Clicking on it it says my trial period has expired but I'm welcome to purchase it from the store. Not really wanting another PDF apt, especially one I have to buy I tried to uninstall it but found it's not listed in programs that I can uninstall or change in the control panel. Anyone know what's going on with this app?

    It is a Windows Store app so you can uninstall it using Programs and Features. I use Nitro PDF here - free.
