    Purchased device including 1 year 365 subscription. Don’t know how to install?


    Hi.i recently bought a lenovo device which came with a 1 year microsoft 365 subscription. When setting up the laptop we were prompted to set up account with the standard one month free trial of MO365. On one occasion when my daughter opened excel bu mistake we had a pop up stating the device comes with 1 year subscription however my daighter closed this down snd it hasnt come up since to prompt us to set this up.Can anyone please point me in the right dirextion of how to go about activating this. thanks in advance

    Lumia offers app. office 365 1 year free subscription.

    I received an email from Microsoft saying I am eligible to receive a 1 year free subscription to office 365 personal via the Lumia offers app on my Lumia 950XL. I opened the app and only see the free display dock offer which I have already claimed, but there
    is no offer showing the 1 year free subscription to office 365 personal.

    How do I get this offer to appear so I can redeem it?

    Lumia 950 with Office 365 with 1 year subscription free

    Dear Community,

    I bought Lumia 950 last week and received the offer for Office 365 for 1 year subscription. I tried to claim the offer but I cannot install the app as the Install button is inactive. Could you please help to proceed further?

    Please note that I´m living in Slovakia (Slovak Republik, Europe), but this offer should be valid here as well.

    Office 365 free 1 year subscription with Lumia 640 XL

    Hi,

    I got a new Lumia 640 XL and I wanted to activate my 1 year subscription of Office 365.

    But the "Office 365 Gift" app is not showing up in my search from my phone.

    Did someone else also have this problem? Could someone please help me fix the issue?
