Windows 10: purchased Microsoft 11Pro, after the purchase the installation errored and now I have it...

I currently have Windows 11 Home.Purchased Windows 11Pro through Microsoft office. Receipt of purchase was received. No other email was received.Proceed to install the Windows 11 Pro. I received an error right away "Can't activate Windows...." and it disappeared. I am stuck with a 100.00 charge and no product... What do I do? Where do I go to download?I need help asap as the company mandating this change will stop all access until this is complete.

Purchased windows 11pro from Microsoft account still product key channel is showing Retail

Recently I purchased a laptop which doesn't have pre installed windows 11pro and has dos and so we purchased and installed which is original from the retail shop. My company wants me purchase it from Microsoft Store, so we purchased windows 11pro which came with a product key and I have activated, but forget to download the software.

Now I am trying to download the software but getting download option how to sort this one.

And the main concern is product key channel it is showing as retail but my company needs OEMM eventhough I purchased from Microsoft account why my product key channel is Retail. This may cause to reject my laptop for which I have spent around 60k+license 16k.

Please help me to sort this issue, I'm in total critical spot.

• What all the troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to logout and login into computer and then try to purchase the puzzle collection and check if the issue persists or not.

I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.

Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

Hello guys, My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro. Here is the situation:

• Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
• Already connected to stable internet

What I tried so far: Entering the Win10 Pro generic key: Received error 0x800700005:

Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:
