    Purchased Msg Viewer Pro from the Microsoft but won't download


    I purchased Msg Viewer Pro from the Microsoft store on Dec 15, 2023. I had a crash Windows 11 and needed to re-download and reinstall. I tried that, found the link $3.99 but it will not download. So I tried downloading to a different computer Windows 10. I did that successfully but the app installed on that computer without an .exe file to copy over to the new computer. I don't want it for that computer but now I paid for an app twice that I cannot use on the new computer. The screenshot of the original purchase is below. This is very annoying.     microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
