HI,I have a desktop, use pin, logged into Microsoft account. All good.Today purchased new Acer Laptop today- ACER Swift Go 16 OLED Model - SFG16-71, followed startup guide, booted up, windows asked to create a pin i tried, says error cant create pin skip? tried again, same error, so skip and enter long encrypted password. Windows starts, create fingerprint? Sure okay, done then need to create a pin to finalize fingerprint setup, same issue won't create any pin.Proceeded to download and install All updates, had to reboot 6 times from updates and I'm sick of typing in my password which is like 2

I recently bought a new Acer Swift 1 laptop, but I'm unable to get the fingerprint option set up. I've tried almost all suggestion from a previous thread posted by someone else, but I have not have much success. Please help!!

ACER SWIFT 3 laptop crippled

Ever since Windows 11, version 23H2 was installed on my Acer SWIFT 3 my lap top has been performing like a 3-legged dog with gout. I uninstalled the update, but no better. Cursor new stutters across the screen until I restart (have to do this numerous times per day). I also have dozens of 'Documents' screens come up. Any suggestions before I throw away the laptop and get an Apple ??
