Windows 10: Purchased sea of thieves years ago, just tried to reinstall it but i keep getting error codes

I haven't played sea of thieves on my new pc, just tried to install from the store and it says I need to RE-install to repair it, but I havent even instaled it! Try to re-install and I get error code 0x803FB004. It's also on game pass right now so I tried to install from game pass instead, it says it's installed after 1 second of downloading but still says install, and gives me this error when I click launch: ms-resource:AppNameShippingClient can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.In add/remove programs I have one called @{Microsoft.SeaofThieves_2

Sea of Thieves error code 0x803F8001

So my friend and I want to play Sea of Thieves and a friend of his got Sea of Thieves through "game sharing". My friend gave me his password and email so I can install Sea of Thieves on my computer and I did. It normally stop working a day or two later.
I was wondering why I get error code 0x803F8001 when I launch sea of thieves?

This was exactly what it said: "Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

Sea of Thieves Crashing issue on Window 10

Hey everyone

I am having issue when starting Sea of Thieves I start the game see the logo goes to black few sec later it crashes the game with no error code I been reinstalling the game multiple time reset the game and following the steps what sea of thieves posted in
the forums it worked perfectly before the big update this year but now it doesn't work at all I tried playing another game works perfect but sea of thieves doesn't work at all I tried playing insider that works and start but the main build doesn't also updated
all my drives

 

Can't download Sea of Thieves

Hello, I have already tried the steps on sea of thieves site(https://support.seaofthieves.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115013913128-Windows-10-Store-Troubleshooting), steps from site appuals(How to Fix Windows Store Error Code 0x803FB107 - Appuals.com) and
videos from youtube which also have really similar steps to appuals. Also none of the steps that you suggested works.
