Windows 10: Purchased software on computer

I need to refresh Windows 10. Each time I read the instructions for this refresh, I get confused as to what will be erased with the refresh. If I do a backup of files, when reloading, will I just put junk files back? Having worked with Microsoft help desk, they have copied and made new files and never deleted when they finished helping me. I now have four directories with the same files. It is my understand the is only one directory with files and the others are just linked in. Afraid to delete any of the directories. Can someone explain to me, how to refresh and clean up my computer.

Standalone software for employee training?

I am in need of purchasing an enterprise software for employee training and management. We are currently using Skyprep training software but it is an online software. The management recommended to purchase a standalone software. Any suggestions?
