Windows 10: Purchased two copies of Windows 11, Product Keys are missing. No email, does not show on...

I purchased two product keys for Windows 11, one for myself and one for my boyfriend. I received no product key, nor did I get a confirmation email. My Order History does not show my Product Keys. So the two main ways I've been told that I would receive my keys are both false. How do I get my product key? My PCs are useless without my activation keys and I spent over 200 Dollars for the damn keys, I should get them on purchase.

Purchased Windows 11 on the Microsoft Store but did not receive an email with product key

I purchased Windows 11 on the Microsoft Store and I was supposed to receive a product key in an email. The order is marked "completed" in my order history and I have the order number but have not received an email. I have checked my inbox and junk/spam email folders. When I purchased Windows 11 previously I received the key within minutes.

 

Windows 11 Product Key Location

I purchased Windows 11 and it said that the product key will be in the email or in orders on the microsoft shop and it's not there. It shows the order, but nothing about any product key. Please advise.
