Windows 10: Purchased Windows 11 on the Microsoft Store but did not receive an email with product key

I purchased Windows 11 on the Microsoft Store and I was supposed to receive a product key in an email. The order is marked "completed" in my order history and I have the order number but have not received an email. I have checked my inbox and junk/spam email folders. When I purchased Windows 11 previously I received the key within minutes.

Not received Windows 11 Pro key on purchase from online MS Store.

I purchased Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft online store (India) vide Order Number# 3775904695 on 25.05.2024. Before purchase, I confirmed from customer support and they informed me that I will receive my windows 11 pro product key in the order email from Microsoft. However, there was no product key in the order email I received and till now no further email from Microsoft store regarding product key received.

Please help?

If you purchased Windows 11 from the Microsoft Store, the product key should be included in the confirmation email that you received after making the purchase. If you can't find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

I purchased a Windows 11 Home licence but this not receive the key

Dear all,

I bought a version of windows 11 home via the online store (website) but I did not receive the email with the product key.

So I installed my new PC by selecting the option "I don't have a key" thinking I could activate the digital license afterwards but without success.

I searched in the online help and they confirm that I should have received the key by email and that it would also be listed in my order history.

My purchase does appear in the order history as completed but the windows key does not appear in this order confirmation list.

I thought I could activate the product online by logging in with my microsoft account via the settings > activate but it says that no product key is found...

Do you have any idea what I could do? Thank you very much, Julie
