Windows 10: purchasing is landlocked to united states.

I go to purchases something from the Microsoft store and it needs my profile address which is already on my account but when I go to put my profile address it is landlocked to united states, and I can't change it to Canada

I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below and see if you are able to remove the language pack:

1. Type command prompt in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Now, paste the following command and hit Enter:
   lpksetup /u en-US.
   
4. Restart the computer.

I have the same problem with this link in forum, but I have already done all the steps without success, the only thing I see different is that I see in the command dism /online /get-intl I see the English language installed but I don't see it anywhere
