Windows 10: Purhased Jlab talk microphone and my laptop is not detecting it in settings

I purchased a new microphone, when I try to set it up on my laptop there it is not being detected in settings - sound. I have checked all the settings are on, & microphone is lit up and on, but it is not detecting it.

No microphones are detected.

When I connect my headphones to my laptop, the microphone is not detected by the system. I tried to test it in the settings but the device wasn't even on the list. I tested the headphones on my phone and everything worked fine. Also, the default laptop microphone doesn't work either. I see it on the list but when I talk, the bar that shows the loudness isn't changing. I remember I changed something in the settings while I was trying to connect a camera (It also wasn't detected by the system) but when I look at those settings now, they look fine. The weird thing is that the headphones work, I hear everything including the sounds from those system tests.

 

Microphone not detected

I've run it, it says the problem was 'Generic audio driver'. But I don't actually feel any problems on playing audios. My problem was about external microphones not detected, this laptop wont detect any external microphones
plugged in, it will always use the internal microphone. I've done the troubleshoot (recording audio) and the troubleshoot said they can't detect the problem.
