  1. Purpose and use of "HKCU\Console\WordDelimiters" (and related keys in the registry)

For lengthy, unfortunate, irrelevant reasons, I work with a large number of files whose filenames use underscores as word delimiters; and, the default behavior of the underscore in the English language packs (all variants, it seems) is to treat an underscore as a sort of concatenator, combining whatever word is to its left and right into one word, so navigating the words using Ctrl+Left/Right means I don't skip to the beginning or end of each individual word, but instead to the beginning of the first word in the chain or underscores or the last word in that chain.

After some research, I have a pretty good idea why it works this way in Explorer and anything else using the Windows API for text display, but while poking around for possible workarounds, I found HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Console/WordDelimiters (and several related keys in other locations) in the registry. The key by default is a zeroed-out DWORD; I couldn't find much info about this key, except for one page that suggested I could replace it with a string value containing everything I would want the console (I'm assuming Command/PowerShell?) to interpret as a word delimiter, kinda like you can do with various command lines and terminal emulators in Linux, but doing this didn't actually change anything.

So, does anybody have any good info as to what this key actually does and how to properly use it, if it will even work as I'm hoping? Like, maybe I have to somehow encode the desired string as a DWORD after all? Or if using a string is correct but it needs to be formatted a particular way?

What is the purpose of DelegateExecute registry value

When reading through the registry shell/open keys, for instance:

I see the Default key which corresponds to the opening application and the way parameters are passed when it is executed.

Sometimes another value of DelegateExecute is also present. What is this value responsible for? Also
    IsolatedComma is unclear to me.

What are those keys responsible for?
