    Purpose of Microsoft Community


    Isn't the purpose of the Microsoft Community to supply help to users? IF so, then why is it so many questions/situations ignored when we are pleading for help?Upon the latest update, my system now shuts down completely, turns off completely, a few minutes after I stop using it and walk away from it. Then I must restart the system from scratch which means if I walk away from my machine long enough to fix something to drink, you know, get a glass, add ice, open refrigerator, get something like maybe Gatorade and pour it into the glass and then return to my machine, it is off, dark, completely
