Windows 10: put file in recycling bin and it isn't there can i get it back?

I accidentally put an important folder in the recycle bin and when i went in the recycle bin it wasn't there and it had all my important passwords!! I am using windows 11.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Recycle Bin problem in Windows10

I can move files to Recycle Bin but I can't move folders to recycle bin windows 10. why?

When I try to do that, explorer crashing and folder still isn`t deleted. But when I check "Don`t move files to the Reycle Bin. Remove files immediatly when deleted" in Recycle Bion properties, then I can delete folder but explorer still crashing.
