Windows 10: Put in the Wrong email when I bought something

    Put in the Wrong email when I bought something


    I bought windows 10 for my pc but when i had to put in the email to get the product key i put in an a accidental letter that wasnt suppose to be there and now i bought it with no recepit only that it got charged to my account. I have no idea what I should do.

    User account now has wrong microsoft email tied to it


    Hello vexorg, Put in the Wrong email when I bought something :)

    You might check using step 3 in Option Two of the tutorial below to see if your son's email is listed under your "Email & app accounts". If so, deleting it will remove it.

    My system is Windows 10, my browser is Google Chrome and my email is Windows live. When I open a hyperlink I get a blank/black page listed as "Untitled". Any suggestions?
