    Puzzling Internet Speed

I have used Google Chrome as my browser for many years. Periodically I do internet speed tests. Most, recently have given satisfactory results for my set up with BT Fibre 1 (I think that is the correct name) with a download speed of over 30Mb/s and upload speed of over 9mb/s. I recently changed to Microsoft Edge for my browser and did some more speed tests. I was amazed at the huge increase in speed typified by the attached screenshot. It is only with this speed test provider that these high speeds results are achieved. The other 2 providers shown at the foot of the screen shot have also been tried, usually with results in the mid 30's for download.
My question is how realistic is this high result and if so why do the other providers not give similar results?
My machine is an HP Pavilion desktop unit running W10 version 1909 and for these tests was connected by ethernet cable to my BT Smart Hub 2 router.

    Sharing User created Puzzles

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forums.

The limit of 4 custom puzzles is due to the UserPuzzles folder being full. To add more than 4 custom puzzles, I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

    • Open File Explorer and navigate to the following location:
    C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserPuzzles\UserPuzzlesPack

    Note: UserName is your username.

    • Delete or Rename the folder
      UserPuzzles inside UserPuzzlesPack.
    • Delete or Rename the file:
      puzzles.xml
    • Exit File Explorer and try creating the custom puzzles again.

If you’re speaking about moving the user puzzle files, you may copy it to any desired location. For more information, I suggest you to go through
Microsoft Casual Games FAQ and post the query in
    the Casual Games community.

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

Slow Internet speed on only one computer.

    Hi Cody,

Slow internet speed on one of your computer could be due to the following:

    • Outdated network adapter driver
    • Different Wi-Fi chipset
    • Computer processing speed

Make sure that the network driver of your computer(s) are always updated.

We also suggest you to contact your internet service provider for them to check your internet connection speed and give you more information.

Feel free to post back if you have other concerns.
