Windows 10: PXE 161: media failure, please check no boot device found!!

hi i received the following error today. can someone tell me how to fix it also the laptop is making a beeping sound!model: dell latitude e5420 series!

For Knowledge: H.D.D is working in good status and it have OS on it win10 working very normally no damage on it

Hi,

I am getting the following error on my
Dell Studio 1747

PXE-E61 MEDIA TEST FAILED, CHECK CABLE

PXE-MOF EXITING PXE ROM

The hard drive is seen when I hit F2 and look at the specs

I have taken the hard drive out and reinstalled. It did not help but the computer still recognizes the hard drive.

Any suggestions?
