Windows 10: Q: is Logitech F310 -compatible with Dell G15 5510 - Windows 10 Home English

Problem With Logitech F310

I got a Logitech F310 and it was working fine. I later forgot that I had one and tried to use it. Installed the drivers and everything but the "Logitech Gaming Software" won't boot up. Is there any fix for this? (The controller is in perfect order).

Did you download latest Logitech F130 Driver and to help to the problem in there or Logitech Website for your and install latest driver for Windows 10? If so please uninstall the old driver and unplug USB then reboot and try again re install?

 

Problem With Logitech F310

If you are using the Logitech Gaming Software in the linked article above, you have the wrong software.

That version of LGS is for keyboards, mice, headphones and newer (than G27) wheels & joysticks.

However, the program should launch even without an appropriate peripheral attached to your machine.

- For the F310 you need the
--- LGS5.10 software ---- This works with controllers, older wheels and joysticks

(click on 'show all downloads' for the 64bit version).

If you already have this version installed look in Device Manager > Human Interface Devices to verify the controller

is listed and the Properties and Status shows as 'working properly'.

If not, try another USB port. Or, reinstalling your USB drivers may help.

(I don't have any issues with my F310 on LGS5.10, but my G27 wheel is not correctly recognised unless I reinstall LGS510

every time I connect the wheel. Which is only once every couple of months ).
