Windows 10: qa*-Latn language problem qaa-Latn, qac-Latn, qad-Latn

Hey, hope You all doing ok today.
So I'm struggling with a problem of qaa-Latn Russian, qac-Latn and qad-Latn both US languages. I don't know how I actually got all of them I had them since the times I reinstalled my OS which is a long time, but the problem is that I can't remove any of them. They're working just like normal keyboard layouts and doing no harm to the system, but I got tired of switching languages for 5 times just to get to normal Russian layout.
I was trying to delete them for like two days now. Tried different methods -- adding language and then deleting it it didn't work, tried using PowerShell and CMD it didn't work either, deleting all the languages I have it didn't work and even deleting some lines in Registry Editor not much of them and that didn't work too. The funniest thing is that when I tried deleting all of the languages through "Setting - Language Preferences" I got Russian keyboard that came out of nowhere after restart. Oh and sometimes "English US Canadian Multilingual Standard" keyboard layout pops out for no reasons, too.
I saw that this problem may cause some sort of programs, but I never had on my PC programs that's doing something with keyboard. I was looking through many of sites and many of solutions, but nothing helped, so I hope You can help me with this.
If it's necessary - I can add here some information of my OS or PC.​

Unknown keyboard (qad-latn) and (qaa-latn)

I cannot remove the unknown keyboard (qad-latn) and (qaa-latn)!

I tried the normal way, but it does not appear in the setting.Anyone help?

 

How to remove the Unknown Locale(qaa-latn) language

Same problem without KeyMan.

Early after updates Windows (cumulative or feather) add another languages. In most cases EN-UK.

Now this: Qaa-Latn with US keyboard.

This bug exists possible 10+ years! All my bug reports without any result. Fix it at last. Or make language list editor output real actual list... Currently it work like language chooser and language list editor made by different programmers with different
API. Awful result.

I use 2 languages:

- English (United States); Default app language; Default input language, Windows display language.

- Russian

Region:

- Country = Latvia

- Regional format = English (Europe)

System Locale = Russia

Any suggestions how to remove qaa-Latn?

Get-WinUserLanguageList also doesnt output it => can't remove via powershell

How to remove the Unknown Locale(qaa-latn) language

Hi. After I updated the Windows 10 ,there is a keyboard selection
on the keyboard list called Unknown Locale (qaa-latn).I don't know what is that stuff and why is it displayed there. Can anyone tell me what is that and how can I remove it. Thank you.
