Windows 10: QCAMani10x64.sys error is preventing me from even reinstalling Windows

So I have a Dell Inspiron 5676 Desktop. Recently, I upgraded to Windows 11. Then, within a month, it BSOD'd with an IRQ_Less_than_or_equal error, blaming QCAMain10x64.sys as the problem driver. I have tried everything I could and cannot get Windows to boot at all. Not to Safe Mode, with or without Networking, not to anything. It always quits out and BSODs. I have now completely deleted all of the partitions on the OS drive and attempted to reinstall my OS, and now it's saying it can't install the OS because an error has occurred. I'm at a complete loss at this point.I have never used th

Preventing access to modern app

Ive been tasked with preventing the children from accessing instagram. I've got it listed in my windows hosts file and internet options/security/restricted site but the windows 10 app is still allowing access. Any suggestions other then deleting app which can just be reinstalled?

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window


AVG is trying to request data from the internet, which is why the network driver is marked as the cause.
