Windows 10: qlln virus

Hello. I have a PC and I tried to install some paid programs for free. So in one day a malware named qlln attacked my pc. So after that I didn't decrypted the files. Now some issues are facing. The issues are: 1]Windows security is not working. 2]Windows Updates are not working. 3]When I try to install windows a Blue screen of death appears.4]Sometimes when I work in my PC a Green Screen Of death appears. I want help please.This is my only device.
