    Hello, I'm still using this old Packard Bell easynote tk with windows 10 on it.suddenly the wifi stopped working and I could only see airplane mode from the task bar when before that there was wifi, airplane mode, hotspot etc.Also the wireless network adapter was missing from network and connections And the adapter was also missing from device managerAfter much searching where nothing worked, I tried out this suggestionhttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/atheros-ar5b97-no-networks-found/c8992483-eefc-40e5-a832-803174cfddc7Go to device manager, "view"->show hidden devices

    How do I fix constant "problem with wireless adapter or access point" issues on my old laptop? Windows 10- Qualcomm Atheros AR5B97 wireless adapter

    The last update for the Qualcomm Atheros AR5B97 wireless adapter was 2017. My old laptop still has plenty of life in it, I just don't know if it's a configuration issue or if there's an update for the driver that im unable to find.
