Windows 10: qualcomm Athros AR8161 gigbit network card no longer connecting above 100mb since update

About a month ago my network stated above quit connecting above 100mbs. When looking at the driver it no longer has a setting for 1 gig. I have installed the latest manufacturer driver and also the older driver from Microsoft. After a Windows 10 update within the past month is when all this started. I use windows 10 home edition Also fully updated as of today...the 2004 update... but the problem started before this. If this is a windows update issue, you pick a bad time to mess with peoples internet connections while so many people are still working from home and these connections are critical to perform their jobs, myself included. Since the update, my card will no longer "Auto Negotiate" and the fastest setting it has is 100mb full or half duplex which it will connect on but I have a 300mb connection! It was an update because when I shut down the prior evening there was a specific update date working fine at this point and the next morning an update had been installed during the night. My internet speeds are now poor at best! THANKS MICROSOFT! Can you help me fix my card / driver / settings so works again at the pre-update speed? This is a chip set on the motherboard and also a HP 500-214. Getting assistance from HP is useless. They tell me it a Microsoft problem so please don't tell me its an HP issue or hello Linux! Oh, BTW the card on a linux machine machine downloads between 290 and 310 mb on a 300mb connection! Sounds like a software driver issue Windows and not hardware. Help please.

Hello, After a big research i found out the the a lot of Qualcomm Athros Wireless Adpaters (Drivers) are not Compatible with Windows 10 (1903) and also (1809).

These are the concerned adapters:

As i searched the Web i Discovered that many people encountered issues with internet when updating to Win10 1809 or 1903, including me.

I have an Asus with Qualcomm Athros AR9002WB-1NG and as soon as installed the 1903 ver of Win10, i had an intermittent internet droupts, Wifi is connected normal and i the internet works fine for 20-50 second then cutts off randomly.

This issue is only encountered in 1903 and 1809 versions of Windows 10. IN 10240 the internet works just fine.

How can report this to windows, so they can release new drivers for Athros wifi adapters ??
