    Hi ,We are having problem with Qualcomm QCA61*4A Bluetooth devices . Bluetooth is not turnings on and automatically it's disabling . Particularly Dell Latitude 3490,3400 Model laptops . OS version - win 10 ,11 . Please let me know if you have any solutions.

    Sorry I'm , 59 years old, retired, and can't speak English well. I have a problem on a laptop computer I can't connect
    WIFI, I initially uninstalled MS Office 365, after that Network Connectioan disappeared, I tried to enter the device manager, then to the network adapter, I uninstalled Qualcomm Atheros QCA61 x 4A Wireless Network Adapter then click scan change handware, it
    turns out missing, and 2 other Bluetooth Drivers have an exclamation point, My laptop with Lenovo Yoga 720 -131KB with S / N MP19SC2G, hopefully someone can help, thank you.

    Through the Device Manager I see the Network Adapter section does not appear Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Wireless Network Adapter (empty), which appears with an exclamation mark there are 2 Bluetooth like Bluetooth
    Device (Personal Area Network) and Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)

    The file that I downloaded is already in exe, but if I right-click on bluetooth
    with an exclamation mark, there is a sign that the update menu appears, but if clicked to browse is not detected any file

    but if the file is installed directly, it will running to C: \ Drivers \ WLAN is ok , but there is no change in menu network adapter.

    I have tried installing WLAN with i3ya02af code and Bluetooth with i3yc02af code but there are no changes to the Network Adapter



    The exclamation mark seen in the Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) and Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) still exist



    And Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Wireless Network Adapter still doesn't appear, besides it also shows an exclamation mark on the Network Controller.



    What is the wrong installation method, when i try to use the upadate menu, the newly downloaded software ( WLAN i3ya02af and Bluetooth with i3yc02af ) is not visible through the browser, please help
